At Abarobotics, we believe that a strong, collaborative team is the key to innovation. That’s why on February 21-22, 2024, we stepped away from our daily routines and embarked on "Sync & Fun"—a two-day company gathering at Kopeng Treetop, Semarang.
This wasn’t just a trip—it was a journey of growth, connection, and courage, all rooted in the core values that define us.
Day 1: Gratitude & Celebration 🎉
We kicked off with a prayer, grounding ourselves in the importance of seeking blessings (BERKAH) in everything we do. Then, we reflected on our journey as a company, celebrating our 4th anniversary milestone, which we will officially reach this March!
The evening was all about togetherness and celebration! A gala dinner under the stars, live music, karaoke, and even some spontaneous dancing made the night truly special. Dressed in our flannel-themed outfits, we sang, laughed, and strengthened our bonds as a family. This moment will reminding us that honesty and authenticity—"Tell the truth, do what you say, say what you do"—build stronger teams.
Day 2: Learning, Challenge & Growth 🚀
The second day was all about leveling up! We started with team-building activities, where we learned the importance of communication, planning, and delegation—all essential for a growth mindset because, after all, "The only certainties in life are death and changes."
Then came the individual outbound challenge, where we faced new obstacles and personal fears. From wall climbing to free falling, and even the thrilling flying fox. By answering those obstacles, We embraced courage, resilience, and teamwork. It was a true test of empathy, as we learned to listen, understand, and support one another—because strong teams lift each other up!
Finally, we wrapped it up with one key lesson: Perfection belongs to Allah, but growth belongs to us. Every challenge reminds us to become a better version of ourselves, that’s why we agree to apply our company’s motto : Start Now!
